The real estate industry was missing something<\/strong> \u2013 an application designed to handle the complexities of managing a diverse portfolio in the SAP Business One space. Key2 Precision Property Management was developed expressly for this reason.<\/p>\n

The driving force behind the product is Mel Dodd. A veteran business analyst, developer and certified SAP Business One Development Associate, Mel was a key member of the team that created FAMe Equipment Management, the SAP Business One \u201cBest New Industry Solution of 2013.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Recognizing the need for one system to accommodate every facet of multi-property management in the Business One space, Mel worked with large and small property management companies to examine the challenges they face. After identifying the leading causes of lost time, diminished returns and significant frustration, Mel developed Key2 Precision Property Management and the definitive real estate solution for SAP Business One was launched.<\/p>\n
